I have just been reading about the automist tap , designed by Yusuf Muhammed and Paul Thomas RCA designers. They have taken an ordinary tap and created a product which detects smoke and then sends out a spray to dampen down the fire. It is one of these products you have to ask when didn't anyone think of this before?
